Hello!

When you go for a massage, what do look for?
What are your expectations?

How do you choose which treatment to have?

Has a friend had a great experience of a particular type of massage or recommended you to a particular practitioner? What if I don’t ‘gel’ with them?

I have been through all this myself and no doubt you are doing the same thing, that’s why you’re reading this! It’s not straightforward, in fact it’s a minefield, bearing in mind how many forms of bodywork are out there now and the number of people doing it.

The only way to find out it to try it and see how you get on with both therapist and therapy, after all, we are all unique and one size does not fit all. I can’t persuade you that my style, form, experience, approach and knowledge is superior to the next therapist because it isn’t, but this short resume tells you a bit about myself, my work and hopefully gives you an insight into what you may be looking for in a treatment.

The descriptions of the treatments are from genuine feedback which are from me clients. I have also included some facts about the treatment but in general this is straight from the horses mouth. The horse also explains the benefits of the treatment but to be honest, the general benefits of massage fits all treatments.

My background is in holistic therapies, having started my training in 1997 with Refexology and continuing to expand my massage skills through to the present day.

After having my son, Beau my energies shifted to all things babies and I concentrated on continuing my training in baby massage, bagy yoga and toddler yoga.

I am trained in pregnancy massage and it is a wonderful thing to be able to support a family through this transition and then provide a supportive environment within my classes to grow together as parent & child.
